If your flight requires a Dutch route permit, you must submit an application to TRACON with the correct information and within the required timeframe. This page provides an overview of what to include in your filing and when to submit it.

Filing requirements

For flights that require a route permit, filing is required at TRACON containing the following information:

  • name of the operator
  • type of flight
  • routing
  • date of operation and ETA/ETD

It is emphasized that, regardless of the operational requirements, aircraft will always have to comply with applicable aviation safety, security, slots and environmental requirements prescribed by applicable European and national laws and regulations.
