Carriers at EEA air
Air carriers from Member States of the European Economic Area (EEA) are allowed to operate both scheduled and non-scheduled international air services on all routes within the EEA to, from, via or within the European part of the Netherlands without the need to apply for a route permit or file their planned route schedules in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1008/2008.
